Job summary

Tiello seeks a Senior Superintendent for high-end hospitality interiors and new construction projects in Las Vegas. You’ll lead on-site management, coordinate subcontractors, and drive schedule and budget adherence.

Strong reading of drawings and rigorous cost control are essential to success. The role requires 5+ years in luxury TI/hospitality construction, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and takeoff tools.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years overseeing high-end TI interior and new construction hospitality projects in Las Vegas.
Strong communication skills are required.
Ability to analyze information, identify project risks, and mitigate liabilities.
Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
Proficient in Windows, Office, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, and QuickBid.
Strong math, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

On-site management of construction activities and schedule progress.
Coordinate work with internal resources and subcontractors; manage materials and subcontracts.
Document daily activities and report to Project Manager and Director of Field Operations.
Monitor costs, schedule, and quality; ensure contract compliance.
Lead weekly project meetings to track status and budgets.
Assist in permitting and manage subcontractors and invoices.
