Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks a Tier II Site Lead to support the customer’s data networks, providing design specs, testing, inspections, and upgrades while modeling hardware/software solutions.

You will lead the Tier II workforce, oversee daily operations and budgets, recruit and develop senior staff, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining regulatory and quality standards and delivering regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience, can be a combination of work history and education as described (Doctorate +8 years, Master +10 years, Bachelor +12 years, Associate +14 years, HS diploma +16 years).
• Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, manages budgets, and sets performance objectives.
• Recruits, trains, and supports senior leadership as well as conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Coordinates network operations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Determines specific network hardware or software requirements, such as platforms, interfaces, bandwidths, or routine schemas.
• Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all operations and maintenance activities.
• Resolves escalated customer issues and incident reports.
