You will lead a small contractor team, collaborate with data science and engineering, and drive AI-assisted workflows while maintaining rigorous quality controls. The role combines technical deep-dives with executive communication, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in blockchain intelligence or cyber threat intel.
• Experience leading a small team or contractors.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent incident response under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead hacks category metrics and the supporting system.
• Ensure hacks are visible to customers within hours.
• Design attribution downstream with Data Science and Engineering.
• Build AI-enabled tooling with human quality control.
