Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to lead blockchain tracing, OSINT integration, and finished intelligence across scam/fraud, narcotics, and money laundering. You will build AI pipelines turning signals into attribution, and guide investigations from data to actionable leads.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, sourcing and citing intelligence, and collaboration with an AI-native, globally distributed team. Remote-friendly with US-based emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, threat intelligence, or financial-crime investigations.
• Strong OSINT and off-chain investigative tradecraft: connect on-chain activity to real-world entities.
• Domain expertise in money laundering, illicit gambling networks, and underground banking.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is a strong plus.
• Production AI fluency: build end-to-end pipelines that process signals and augment target selection.
• Independent track record of running complex investigations and producing source-cited intelligence.
• US-based preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own your coverage area end-to-end and deliver finished, source-cited intelligence products across threat categories.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines that process diverse intel signals for augmented target selection.
• Trace funds across chains and correlate on-chain activity with OSINT to attribute money-laundering networks.
