Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced information security professional to join the Cybersecurity Operations team as a senior threat analyst. You will work with the Focused Operations manager and collaborate with other Information Security teams to validate controls and drive threat-hunt operations.

You will maintain expertise in TTPs, conduct threat hunts, and develop non-standard analytic queries to detect intrusions across Windows and non-Windows environments.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and non-Windows OS concepts.
• Advanced skill in evaluating large data sets (endpoint and network events).
• Advanced experience in cybersecurity/IT security.
• Advanced knowledge of security architectures, firewalls, proxies, and network topology.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expert knowledge of advanced persistent threat tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and forensics/IR practices.
• Identify and hunt for unknown threat activity across Windows and non-Windows environments.
• Lead requirements for adversary emulation test plans for threat hunts.
• Conduct threat hunts using advanced analytic techniques and reconstruct events for reporting.
