Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison in Oncology to lead the MidAtlantic District KOL engagement strategy, collaborating with Brand, sales, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy. This field-based role requires travel and a patient-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in marketing or medical roles with KOL engagement, and a background in oncology or related fields, with strong cross-functional partnership skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA/MD/PharmD/PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with patient impact and customer centricity.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Support the RYBREVANT Brand with local market insights to shape strategies.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Monitor regional Lung Cancer and Head & Neck Cancer trends and coordinate plans with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with analytics to understand regional treatment variations for plan placement.
• Manage regional marketing budget and provide ongoing feedback on planning.
• Contribute to developing innovative educational platforms for regional and national congresses.
• Lead and align brand strategy and marketing operations for KOL planning and launches.
