Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degrees preferred (MBA/MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 6+ years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or leadership with KOL exposure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Regional KOL engagement and faculty development strategies.
• Serve on the RYBREVANT Brand team, delivering local market insights.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs to meet brand priorities.
• Monitor regional trends and coordinate marketing education with cross-functional partners.
• Work with analytics to understand regional treatment patterns for program placement.
• Manage regional marketing budget and provide strategic feedback.
