Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung Oncology and Head and Neck Oncology to oversee the Great Lakes District KOL engagement and education strategy. This field-based role requires travel to field events, advisory boards, and medical meetings across Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and nearby states.

Lead cross-functional brand initiatives with the Brand teams, sales leaders, and medical colleagues to elevate patient-centric education and scientific exchange.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in marketing, medical, or sales leadership with KOL engagement.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Support Brand team with local market insights and strategic feedback.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs to align with brand priorities.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor regional trends and budget, and inform planning.
