This field-based role requires leading KOL engagement, collaborating with Brand teams and cross-functional partners to elevate brand advocacy, and traveling 50%+ to 65% for events and meetings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA/MD/PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• 6+ years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and patient impact.
• Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships with a patient focus.
• Valid US driver's license; 50%+ travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional KOL engagement and faculty development programs.
• Shape regional marketing education and engagement plans with stakeholders.
• Provide market insights to the Brand team and inform strategy.
• Monitor regional treatment trends and align budget with plans.
• Support development of innovative educational platforms for KOLs.
• Ensure compliance with ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
