Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung Oncology and Head and Neck Oncology to support the West region, the Pacific Northwest District, and to lead KOL engagement with a focus on patient impact and brand advocacy. This field-based role requires significant travel and close collaboration with Brand, Sales, and Medical teams.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, regional execution, and development of innovative educational platforms across Lung and Head and Neck

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership.
• Experience engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Serve as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team providing local market insights.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and other stakeholders to drive brand priorities.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with analytics to understand regional treatment variations for peer-to-peer placement.
• Monitor regional marketing budget and influence business planning.
• Shape future educational platforms and tailor education to local needs for regional medical congresses.
• Lead overall brand strategy including CAC, Totality, MRC, and agency management.
