Truist is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to manage complex sourcing activities including SOWs, work authorizations, change orders, renewals, amendments, NDAs and Master Agreements.

You will coordinate with Risk to ensure regulatory compliance and build relationships with business partners, contract managers, procurement legal and category leaders while driving through the procure-to-pay process.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field or 4-6+ years of sourcing experience.
• Expert in procurement and supply chain management.
• Identify legal and business issues and risks within contracts.
• Interact tactfully with numerous stakeholders.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with good organization.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship management with senior leaders.

• Manages all aspects of and drives requests through the procure to pay process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on contract management and legal aspects.
• Negotiate contract spend to align with budgetary needs.
• Aim for cost avoidance and optimize enterprise spend.
• Ensure contract terms align with business needs and parent agreements.
• Mentor junior teammates and ensure policy compliance.
• Verify risk ratings with Third Party Risk Assessments prior to signature.
