Qualifications

• Bachelors required with 6–10 years in sourcing or related functions in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, suppliers, and cost drivers.
• Experience managing matrixed supplier relationships and leading procurement teams.
• Direct leadership experience in sourcing/procurement within financial services or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for medium/high spend categories.
• Partner with Category Managers/Directors to drive value and align with goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage sourcing projects (RFIs/RFPs/Contracts).
• Perform market data analysis for negotiations and supplier selection.
• Manage pipeline of projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive supplier risk management and vendor performance improvements.
