Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Third‑Party Risk Management Lead to oversee risk assessments and remediation for critical vendor relationships across the bank. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role demands deep experience in third‑party risk, strong leadership, and the ability to drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle, including audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in third‑party risk management, operational risk, audit, or related risk disciplines.
• Demonstrated End‑to‑End third‑party lifecycle management experience.
• Preferred certifications: CTPRP, CPA, CIA, CISA.
• Familiarity with GLBA, SOX, PCI, HIPAA and related compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on third‑party risk management expectations across business segments.
• Support implementation and execution of the TPRM program.
• Conduct formal third‑party reviews per policies and procedures.
• Document and report third‑party risks and remediation efforts.
• Maintain documentation within the system of record and assist audits.
