Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a senior leader for Third-Party Risk Management to drive the program lifecycle across multiple portfolios. You will oversee onboarding, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and policy development while partnering with Procurement, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 10+ years of direct/related third party risk management experience.
• 5+ years of financial institution experience in third party risk management and familiarity with third-party contracts.
• Experience gathering data, analyzing, and summarizing for management.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams and driving program evolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TPRM program across the lifecycle including onboarding, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop and refine policies, plans, and procedures; conduct control testing and training.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Security, Compliance, and other functions to mitigate third-party risks.
