Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support Thin Films / Diffusion / PVD / CVD in a high-volume semiconductor fab. You will own equipment performance, troubleshoot complex failures, and drive uptime improvements while collaborating with engineering and vendor teams.

Experience with AMAT Centura/Endura, Producer, SVG/Thermco, Aviza vertical furnaces, and related tools is a plus; leadership of junior technicians is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Experience with listed toolsets (AMAT Centura/Endura, Producer, SVG Thermco, Aviza, AST Diffusion).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Thin Films / Diffusion / PVD / CVD equipment.
• Own toolset performance, uptime, reliability, and recurring issue resolution.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior technicians during troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, identify optimizations.
• Document procedures, specifications, and maintenance records.
• Support cross-functional Fab operations across multiple tool areas.
