The role demands deep technical expertise, independent ownership of equipment performance, and hands-on troubleshooting across multiple systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in semiconductor maintenance, strong mechanical skills, and experience mentoring others while driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical proficiency.
• Proven track record of reliability and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with MS Office for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Thin Films / Diffusion / PVD / CVD equipment.
• Own toolset performance, including uptime, reliability, and issue resolution.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex failures.
• Partner with engineering and vendor teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Mentor junior technicians during troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Execute preventative maintenance and document procedures and records.
• Support cross-functional Fab operations across multiple tool areas.
