Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of work experience in thermal systems.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of work experience in thermal systems.
• PhD in thermal systems domain

Responsibilities

• Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
• Support design and development of chiller systems, including component selection and system integration.
• Review layouts and drawings with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time engineering design delivery.
• Support initial production of the chillers and participate in issue resolutions.
• Support product testing and validation activities, analyzing test results and implementing design improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and maintain Carrier's competitive edge.
