Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Thermal System Solution Architect to define end-to-end thermal architectures for high-density AI factories and data centers in the United States. You will translate compute roadmaps, deployment constraints, sustainability objectives and customer operating models into scalable, resilient cooling solutions across server, rack, and facility infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center thermal infrastructure, critical facilities, HVAC, liquid cooling, mechanical systems engineering or solution architecture.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including architecture workshops, design reviews or technical decision forums.
• Experience developing data center architectures or reference designs and leading multidisciplinary technical workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of liquid-cooling systems and integration across server, rack, cooling and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous market signals and customer needs into clear system requirements, architecture decisions and actionable recommendations.
• Connect IT, mechanical, electrical, controls, sustainability and operational perspectives to optimize the complete system.
• Communicate complex thermal concepts effectively to executives, customers, sales teams and technical experts.
• Build trust with customers and partners through active listening, technical credibility and solution-focused engagement.
• Influence across a global matrix and mobilize subject-matter experts to deliver results.
