Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with customers on architectural and design requirements spanning IT systems to datacenter thermal tech.
• Advanced working knowledge of heat transfer and cooling technologies.
• Strong relationships with data center power and thermal management suppliers.
• Ability to travel 20–30% for customer assessments and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end architecture from server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers and rack solutions.
• Innovate power-centric IT solutions and optimize cost, energy efficiency and performance.
• Define hardware topologies optimized for AI workloads.
• Propose BOM/SKUs and review with Engineering & shape the offer accordingly.
• Design cooling solutions based on datacenter requirements.
• Engage with high-profile AI customers to optimize solutions and tune systems for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with design teams, systems engineering, marketing, suppliers, and leaders to ensure product architecture meets Dell’s requirements.
• Lead technology investigations and strategic analysis influencing product strategy.
