Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• ~12+ years of thermal modeling and simulation experience.
• 2+ years leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience in modeling and experimental validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own modeling strategy, architecture, and standards across unit and system levels.
• Develop reusable models, simulation architectures, and prediction tools.
• Lead a small team of thermal modeling engineers and coach staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure validation with experimental data and alignment with certifications.
• Represent BAC in technical discussions with customers and partners.
