Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of testing/R&D experience preferred.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Strong thermal-hydraulic analytical skills.
• Experience with one-dimensional network analysis and system codes.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Safety conscious and trustworthy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and apply thermal-hydraulic analysis methods, including steady state and transient analyses.
• Perform calculations using heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
• Analyze reactor operations and events per ASME BPVC to establish loadings and limits.
• Conduct multiscale neutronics and control analyses involving various fluids.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups on design and thermal-hydraulic testing.
• Perform code benchmarking and validation analyses.
