Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define boundary conditions, plan simulations and tests.
• Develop and run thermal models using CFD tools and analyze heat dissipation in high-density cooling.
• Plan and execute lab validation, correlate data with simulations, and refine models.
• Optimize designs balancing performance, cost and manufacturability; prepare reports.
