Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or computation field with 10–12 years, MS with 8–10 years, or PhD with 5–7 years of experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in space/aerospace or related high-reliability industry.
• Experience with design tools and methods for thermal engineering: Ansys Thermal Desktop, AutoCAD, DSS SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal system design and analysis for spacecraft and payloads at component, sub-system, and space vehicle levels.
• Design thermal integration of electronic components (processors, power supplies, cameras, optical assemblies).
• Ensure thermal designs close properly and explore innovative means to meet constraints.
