Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in thermal design, cooling architecture, analysis, and validation of complex hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal design strategy for platform cooling systems and thermal control considerations.
• Own advanced thermal simulation and analysis to validate design direction and system performance.
• Define thermal validation scope, plans, schedules, and acceptance criteria tied to requirements.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for thermal issues across design, validation, builds, and field feedback.
• Identify thermal risks early and communicate mitigation and closure plans to stakeholders.
• Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Systems, and Validation teams for reliable thermal performance.
• Publish thermal performance reports, gap assessments, and status updates for program decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to thermal methodology and best practices.
