Job summary

The position is 100% onsite and requires ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI access. Responsibilities span concept design through hardware integration and test, including modeling, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Level 3 requires BS with 5 years, MS with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Onsite daily at the Linthicum, MD facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform steady state and transient thermal analyses of components and assemblies to evaluate performance and margins.
• Create system-level thermal models of assemblies and subassemblies down to component junction level.
• Understand mechanical requirements in space hardware to ensure technical performance.
• Prepare materials and present at internal program and milestone reviews.
