Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Senior Therapy Access Manager for the East Coast Territory to lead patient access strategies for our portfolio of therapies.

You will partner with Patient Access Services, National Accounts Sales, Clinical Coordinators, Marketing, Trade and Compliance to enable payer access and educate HCPs and staff. You will mentor TAMs, lead process improvement projects, and travel about 60% to national meetings and clinics, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with 5+ years in access/reimbursement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record supporting HCPs in access/reimbursement.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and specialty distribution.

Responsibilities

• Execute institutional and field access strategies for the territory.
• Educate key clinic stakeholders on patient support programs and payer requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical Coordinators, and Hub to ensure HCPs navigate access needs.
• Mentor TAMs and lead process improvement projects.
• Travel 60% to national meetings and clinics.
