BioMarin seeks a Senior Clinical Coordinator to educate patients and healthcare teams, manage therapy access, and coordinate infusion services across clinics and homes in the Pacific Northwest region. The role requires travel and close collaboration with Sales, Patient Services, and Medical teams.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years pharma experience as a patient educator, BSN or higher, and proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.

• Explain prior authorization steps and insurance coverage to patients.
• Educate on disease and product administration techniques.
