Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a THAAD Interceptor Development Associate Program Manager, reporting to the THAAD Interceptor Development Portfolio Manager, to lead multi-stakeholder programs in the UT IAMD THAAD area.

The role requires building relationships across MDA and Army customers, coordinating with LM leadership and global supply chain, and guiding cost, schedule, and technical performance across all development phases. Relocation to Sunnyvale, CA or nearby is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated program or project management experience.
• Experience working with supply chain management or equivalent combined expereince
• Earned Value Management (EVM) or budget/schedule management experience
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience
• Must be eligible for DOD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Act as the primary working level customer contact for program activities and lead program reviews.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of THAAD projects per the development organization.
