7–15 years of relevant experience in testing, change management, release management, deployment coordination, or related roles.
Strong experience developing and managing comprehensive test plans in complex business or technology environments.
Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to support successful solution delivery.
Experience leading change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and organizational readiness.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive test plans that support successful solution delivery.
Lead and coordinate testing across project phases, including planning, execution, tracking, defect management, and reporting.
Create and execute release and deployment plans that minimize disruption.
Plan and manage customer-facing cutovers, ensuring teams are aligned and prepared.
Facilitate readiness checkpoints and go/no-go discussions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through testing, deployment, and post-release support.
