Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong domain knowledge in transportation, logistics, supply chain, rail, shipment.
• Experience leading end-to-end requirements management.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and supporting product delivery.
• Hands-on experience using Draw.io to create Level-0 and Level-1 diagrams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across transportation applications, including shipment, waybill, unit train, and related platforms.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex operational needs into clear user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to align priorities and drive decisions.
• Develop Level-0 and Level-1 process diagrams using tools like Draw.io.
• Support development and refinement of product roadmaps with leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the delivery lifecycle.
