Job summary

Saicon in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Change Management, Release & Cutover Lead to drive delivery and adoption of customer-facing technology solutions. Qualifications

• Strong experience in Change Management, Release Management, Deployment Planning, and Cutover Management.
• Hands-on planning of customer-facing production cutovers and readiness activities.
• Experience developing stakeholder communications and coordinating training and organizational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive test plans with stakeholders.
• Define testing objectives, acceptance criteria, readiness requirements, dependencies, and success measures.
• Lead change management activities including communications, impact coordination, and training planning.
• Develop and execute detailed release and deployment plans to minimize disruption.
• Plan and manage customer-facing cutovers with schedules, dependencies, checkpoints, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, QA, Operations, Customer Support, Training, and other groups.
• Identify risks early and establish risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive go-live readiness reviews and ensure readiness of all teams for deployment.
• Coordinate training activities and ensure documentation and support are in place.
