Zusammenfassung

Concentrix Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead technology initiatives in Omaha, onsite five days a week. You will guide Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners, Analysts, and developers to ensure predictable, value-driven outcomes.

Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices.
Strong communication, organizational and facilitation skills.
Experience enabling cross-functional teams and tracking follow-ups.
Hands-on Jira for planning, dashboards, and reporting.

Aufgaben

Lead Agile delivery activities for technology initiatives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and delivery routines.
Partner with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments.
Use Jira to support sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
Track progress, blockers, risks, and decisions for stakeholders and team.
Coordinate resources across multiple initiatives and keep focus on outcomes.
Foster continuous improvement and guide teams without direct authority.
