Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Preferred: NCTA Exam Proctor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with faculty to prepare examination materials, including formatting, importing, reviewing, and tagging exam items.
• Proctors examinations, serving as lead or support proctor and addressing issues during administration.
• Generates standard post-exam reports using approved templates and ensures timely delivery of results.
• Implements testing accommodations exactly as provided, following procedures.
• Provides professional customer service on testing logistics and troubleshoots software issues.
• Obtains and maintains NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and performs other related duties as assigned.
