Job summary

You will coordinate materials, proctor exams, generate reports, and ensure strict adherence to procedures, timelines, and confidentiality. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant testing or proctoring experience preferred.
• NCTA Proctor Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with faculty to prepare examination materials and ensure compliance.
• Proctor examinations as a lead or support proctor and address testing issues.
• Generate standard post-exam reports using approved templates and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement approved testing accommodations exactly as provided.
• Provide professional customer service to students and faculty on testing logistics.
• Obtain and maintain NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Maintain confidentiality in all tasks and adhere to policy requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the department.
