Job summary

HCLTech in the United States (Sacramento area) is seeking a software validation engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in validation and automation. You will work across storage technologies, Python scripting, and test automation frameworks to verify software and hardware integrations.

The role requires collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams, familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software validation and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with functional and regression testing.
• Good understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

• Experience with storage technologies (SSD/HDD, NVMe, SATA, SAS, or storage technologies)
