Caterpillar is seeking a Test & Validation Senior Associate Engineer for the Corinth, MS facility. You will implement and improve testing, development and validation techniques, processes, tooling and machinery to maximize product quality.

Key responsibilities include resolving design/manufacturing issues, ensuring manufacturing readiness, and adopting new technologies to boost efficiency and cut costs. A relevant engineering degree is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail are essential for success in this role.
• Knowledge of analysis techniques and root-cause identification is required.
• Experience with testing procedures, validation, and process improvement is preferred.
