RTX seeks a Principal Test and Validation Engineer in Manufacturing Design to drive test support from development to production. You will shape test strategies to boost producibility and influence key program decisions for new product introductions.

You will serve as the manufacturing test authority and collaborate across a cross-functional team to optimize testing while ensuring access requirements are met for sensitive programs. Join us in Tucson, AZ for an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years in manufacturing or test engineering.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to drive test strategy decisions.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to work on programs requiring restricted access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manufacturing test authority within the program.
• Apply test engineering skills across the value stream to optimize the test strategy.
• Improve testability through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team.
• Influence program decisions from design through production transition.
• Design, control, and improve product testability with cross-functional teams.
