Responsibilities

• Performs debug and test assemblies to component level using diagrams/schematics.
• Performs tester maintenance and upkeep.
• Troubleshoots operator problems and aids training and process improvements.
• Provides training and ongoing support to Test operators.
• Communicates problems to Test Engineer/leader.
• Assists in experiments for failure/root cause analysis.
• Suggests equipment needs to leadership/Test Engineers for product debug areas.
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Follows all security policies and procedures.
