Mercury Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Test Technician to test and troubleshoot state-of-the-art digital system assemblies in a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of the Test Engineering team, supporting engineers with documentation and performing initial tests on new or modified equipment. This is a First shift position in Phoenix, AZ, 5:00 am–2:30 pm M-TH and 5:00 am–1:30 pm every other Friday on a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 7 years of relevant work experience in testing digital systems and subassemblies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Test and troubleshoot high-density electronic assemblies (CPU/FPGA) at the board and system levels.
  • Experience electronic principles, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with production processes, quality control, and efficiency.
  • Experience performing and documenting test procedures, and responding to potential issues.
  • Experience identifying root causes of problems, develop solutions, and impact of changes.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, measure, and record performance data; prepare accurate and complete test reports of all recorded data.

  • Perform initial tests on new or modified equipment and recommend improvements
  • Report defects and collaborate with the production team to resolve product issues

In this role, Mercury Systems is seeking a Senior Test Technician to test and troubleshoot state-of-the-art complex digital system assemblies in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

You are an extension of the Test Engineering team responsible for ensuring the proper operation and functionality of advanced technological products that have a real-world impact in one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. This position is for a seasoned individual contributor in the Test sub-family, working under limited supervisionin routine and definedsituations.

This is a First shift position. 1 st shift hours are 5:00 am - 2:30 pm M-TH and 5:00 am -1:30 pm every other Friday on a 9/80 schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting complex schematics technical specifications.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, serial communications, RDP use, and Linux.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Factory Logix, Oracle, Xilinx Suites, Dediprog, ProComm, SecureCRT, TeraTerm application knowledge.

Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position

  • $44,000.00 - $88,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
  • $49,300.00 - $98,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
  • $51,900.00 - $103,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
