Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Test Systems Senior Execution Lead to drive the technical execution of production test systems across hardware, software, and integration efforts. This role requires leading cross‑functional teams, managing work packages, and delivering on schedule with autonomy.

You will partner with engineering, program management, and suppliers, apply EVMS/IMS concepts, and ensure readiness through rigorous sell‑off activities while maintaining compliance with DoD security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading test systems development (hardware/software) and V&V.
• Experience with EVMS, IMS/IMP, risks & opportunities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the full test-system lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day execution of work packages with IMS alignment.
• Provide status updates, staffing forecasts, and risk reporting.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues with diagnostic tools.
• Ensure adherence to Test Solutions processes and continuous improvement.
