Butler America Aerospace, LLC. seeks a Senior Test Systems Engineer P2 in Tucson, AZ, onsite. The role requires an active US security clearance on day one and focuses on model-based system engineering for test solutions across production and labs.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design subsystem models and ensure traceability from requirements to test outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with experience in MBSE tools and experience in systems engineering for test

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 2+ years related engineering experience (or STEM Masters in lieu).
• Systems engineering in test requirements, planning, techniques, and verification/validation.
• MBSE process knowledge with SYSML/UML understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement subsystem models using MBSE tools and methods.
• Detail capabilities and derive requirements for test systems.
• Communicate test equipment needs to designers and ensure traceability.
• Develop subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues and support trades.
