RTX in Tucson, AZ invites applications for a Test Solutions Principal Control Account Manager. This 100% onsite role focuses on integrating cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts while collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

You will drive Earned Value Management, develop estimates, monitor progress, and prepare updates for reviews. A security clearance is required and relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience managing technical work, cost accounts, or engineering tasks in a structured program environment.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and tools.
• Experience with schedule management, budgeting, financial analysis, and program documentation.
• Experience presenting performance data to program leadership.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Interim U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned control accounts from planning through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and validate completion criteria.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain control account plans, budgets, schedules, and work authorizations.
• Analyze performance data, trends and risks for cost and schedule status.
• Prepare control account performance updates for reviews and leadership forums.
• Coordinate across functional organizations to manage dependencies and interfaces.
• Generate BOEs, BCRs, and other cost/schedule artifacts for program changes.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS standards and assist audits.
