RTX is seeking a Test Solutions Principal Control Account Manager to lead cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will work with engineering and cross‑functional teams to validate progress, manage finances, and support program objectives within EVMS guidelines.

The role requires a disciplined program execution approach, strong EVMS knowledge, and a U.S. government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience managing technical work, cost accounts, or engineering tasks in a structured program.
• Experience with EVMS principles and tools.
• Experience with schedule management, budgeting, financial analysis, and program documentation.
• Experience presenting performance data to program leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim U.S. government issued Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned control accounts from planning through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with engineering to define completion criteria for tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop control account plans, budgets, schedules, and work authorizations.
• Analyze performance data, trends, and risks for cost/schedule status.
• Prepare control account performance updates for reviews and leadership.
• Coordinate across functions to manage dependencies and interfaces.
• Generate BOEs, BCRs, and other cost/schedule artifacts.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and support audits.
