Upscale AI is seeking a Senior Test Manager to build and lead a capable team, establishing a consistent delivery approach for test management across multiple SoC products and IT projects. You will oversee the testing framework, ensuring quality standards before release and guiding cross-functional collaboration to optimize test coverage in mass production.

You will drive yield improvement, cost optimization, and integration of SoC technologies into devices, collaborating with IC manufacturing,

Competenze

• Experience with test engineering and product engineering in HV manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IC flows, wafer processing, testing, diagnostics, and failure analysis.
• Strong background in test program optimization and data analytics.
• Capable of leading and developing teams with a strategic mindset.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement high-volume manufacturing strategies for SoC products, optimize ATE/SLT test coverage, reduce DPPM and test costs.
• Accelerate mass production via test program releases, data analytics, lot disposition and yield improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain HVM screening solutions.
• Manage database integration for wafer sort, final test, and SLT and oversee test program integration.
