Job summary

Upscale, Inc. is building the high-performance infrastructure for next‑gen AI. You will help manufacture SoCs for data centers by developing and deploying manufacturing test and analytics solutions for high-volume production.

You’ll drive yield improvements, cost optimization, and test coverage while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality silicon and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in product engineering or test engineering.
• 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-volume manufacturing strategies for SoC products and optimize test coverage.
• Accelerate mass production via test program releases, data analytics, and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with Test, Quality, Packaging and Operations to deploy screening solutions.
• Manage database integration for wafer sort, final test, and SLT; oversee test programs.
