Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Staff Test Pilot to join the Test and Evaluation team, onsite in Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on E-2D production acceptance flight tests and Foreign Military Sales, with significant travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in STEM with required years of related professional/military experience.
• Active Secret clearance with background investigation in past 6 years or Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance per business needs.
• Current or former E-2D NATOPS Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain air vehicle acceptance procedures with technical justification.
• Oversee test plan/test cards for safety and efficiency.
• Lead pre-flight briefs coordinating aircrew and engineers.
