• Schedule day-to-day bench assignments across programs, sites, and labs.
• Coordinate lab bench upgrades, facilities maintenance, and test asset certifications.
• Maintain team skill inventories and identify skill gaps.
• Foster relationships with program managers and cross-functional teams.
• Act as primary lab test contact for activities across programs.
• Drive process improvements to testing approaches and methodologies.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage budgets as CAM under EVM.
