Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the STR capability within the Structures Test and Evaluation Engineering team. You will lead test design, setup, and analysis across structural and mechanical tests for military aircraft programs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership, and detail orientation, plus experience with 3D CAD and test instrumentation. Shift options may apply to support program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of structural/ mechanical/ flight testing experience.
• 3+ years leading a test design team or test conductor/architect.
• Experience with hydraulic and/or mechanical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a test program under general direction.
• Lead design, integration and test conduct in structural test labs.
• Train early career engineers in testing principles and best practices.
• Develop test procedures, fixtures, and test conduct plans.
• Coordinate with partners, shop personnel, and other support teams.
• Analyze test data to ensure readiness and validity.
