Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering with 7+ years of technical experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of technical experience.
• MSA and DOE experience.
• Experience with design control, ISO medical device standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead validation of Design Verification Test Methods for a new product development project.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate design inputs into robust test methods and drive automation.
• Develop and validate custom test equipment and fixtures.
• Manage capital equipment procurement and financial tracking for validation activities.
• Lead complex test method validation activities with study design, data analyses (e.g., gage R&R, ANOVA, misclassification) and investigations.
• Coordinate with test labs to complete validation on schedule and milestones.
• Communicate progress to project leadership clearly and concisely.
