Job summary

Astrion seeks a senior Advanced Battle Management System Test Manager at Eglin AFB, FL to lead complex C2 systems testing, develop test plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong DT&E background, security clearances, and written communication skills are essential.

The role requires active Secret clearance (with ability to obtain Top Secret), U.S. citizenship, and willingness to travel for TDY deployments. Excellent collaboration across stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a technical field required or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• DT&E experience preferred
• Experience drafting TEMP/TES/TP documentation
• Experience with DR process for agile/DevSecOps programs
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and oral communication, team collaboration
• Ability to travel to TDY locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage test schedule and documentation for complex C2 system of systems test projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage information systems for team collaboration, document management and meeting schedules.
• Provide detailed COAs for test projects and optimize test programs.
• Write, edit, and maintain technical test documentation and track program status.
• Interpret data to inform DOD decision makers and guide investments.
• Support test engineers when interfacing with stakeholders and contractors
